Pixeldust Mini - Orange-Green Dodecagon Ring, 2017

By Ronald Davis for Kitschen-Art.

5.1 x 7.1 inches.  Original 3D digital rendering on acrylic glass, mounted on aluminum Dibond. Signed and ready to hang anywhere, or mount as a fine art magnet on the 'fridge or other steel surface. Small limited edition.

A Dodecagon is a twelve-angled polyhedron. Dodecagons appear often in Ronald Davis's artwork; his famous large resin Dodecagon series has been compared to the Renaissance tapestry "The Unicorn Hunt," now in The Cloisters in NYC; and to Matisse's "Dance I," which resides also in NYC, at MoMA.

Ronald (Ron) Davis is well-known internationally as a hard-edge, illusionary abstract artist with works in the collections of MoMA NYC, The Tate Modern, LA County Museum of Art, MoCA Los Angeles, the Portland Art Museum, and many others. These small works are affordable gems, special trinkets to hang and enjoy on any wall.
